Admission Guidelines
Given below are the details on Institute’s Admission Procedures, Terms and Conditions, Eligibility Criteria, Payment Methods of Course Fees, Bank Details of Institute. Vidya Institute is accredited to NIELIT(New Delhi), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MEIT) of the Government of India.
Admission Procedure
- The Candidates are required to report to the Institute before the last date of registraiton along with the necessary documents.
- The admission is subject to production of certificates/documents and to the correctness of information furnished. The candidate will have to bring all certificates in original along with the photocopy of the same.
- The candidates on reaching the Institute are required to meet the Front Office Counselor (FOC). The candidate has to submit filled applicaiton form along with the self attested eligibility documents. The candidate gets the attested copies of all documents, certificates and application form verified by the counselor.
- After submission of fees, counselor will provide the receipt of payment and allocate particulars like Serial number, batch code, Roll number etc. If payment is made through online mode (Net Banking, NEFT, UPI etc.), candidate has to submit the proof of the payment to the counselor that needs to be submitted to Admission Coordinator for taking admission.
- Making the payment for the course fee without verification of documents does not guarantee the admission in the course.
- Delhi center reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the course or to cancel the candidature of any candidates of O Level without assigning any reason thereof.
- If any of the information provided by the candidate is found false/incorrect, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled immediately.
- The time slot will be allotted to the batches according to the number of students enrolled in respective batch.
Student must bring the following document to complete the admission procedure.
- 2 Photos
- 10th Marksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- Aadhar Card
- Student can submit the Fees either in cash mode or online mode through Net Banking or any UPI (Google Pay, Phone Pay, BHIM, Paytm etc.)
